At Nasaluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges and Replacements for Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges or replacements for any products that arrive in this condition and we’ll resolve the issue promptly to ensure you receive the quality you deserve!

Sale Items

Please note that sale items or purchases made during sale periods are not eligible for a refund or return for change of mind. However, if the item arrives damaged or broken, we will be happy to offer an exchange or replacement.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us:

Reach out to our customer support team at info.nasaluxe@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any photos showing the damage or fault.

2. Verification:

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and verify the issue. If the product is confirmed to be broken or damaged, we will provide further instructions for returning or exchanging the item.

3. Return Authorisation:

For accepted returns and exchanges, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. If applicable, we will also supply a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Important Notes

● Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

● Sale items are not eligible for returns for change of mind.

● Refunds are not available for sale items, but we will offer replacements if the item is damaged or faulty.
